  • Once shipped, Apollo Athletic is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if your package has not arrived within 60 days, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

3. Refund & Return Policy

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof. If eligible, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate lost shipments, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
